Igloo Rentals
We have 5 igloos available for rent per hour. Two are located next to the clubhouse and concessions, and three are located at the bottom of the hill (North Pole). The igloos sell out quickly especially for peak hours and holidays, sometimes weeks in advance. Each igloo can accommodate up to eight individuals. NO MORE. A cell phone number is required for each igloo rental. Hot drinks, pizza, light food, snacks and alcoholic beverages are available at the Clubhouse. Private coolers and outside food are not permitted in the igloos. The only food that may be brought in is a birthday cake or birthday cupcakes.
Clubhouse igloos and North Pole igloos are rented for 1 hour and 55 minutes. The rental of North Pole igloos provides 1 parking space at the bottom of the hill during the rental period. All other vehicles need to park in the lot at the clubhouse. At the end of the rental, the vehicle must be moved. Igloos are rented on the hour regardless of when you arrive.
Igloos will be cleaned and sanitized before the next group arrives on the hour. You are responsible for removing your personal items, and any garbage remaining in the igloo at the end of the rental. If personal items are left in the igloo, they will be put outside in a tote for you to collect. We will not be responsible for items left.
