Do I have to walk back up the hill?
No, we have a lift that slowly pulls you in the tube back up the hill.
Do you have night tubing?
Absolutely! Our 100,000+ watt lighting system keeps the fun going into the night, and our state-of-the-art sound system will have you tapping your foot to your favorite songs as you soar down the slopes.
Do you have anything a little more low-key? Refreshments, maybe?
Of course! You can rent an igloo, relax and watch from the bottom of the hill in a cozy environment or sit by the firepit and roast s’mores.
What's your general policies?
All reservations must be made online, using our website. No one under the age of 3 is permitted to tube. Only one person per tube, no exceptions. No children allowed on laps. An adult will be allowed to hold the handle of the child’s tube and go down the hill with the adult in their own tube.
No reckless behavior will be tolerated on the tubing hill. Only AvalancheXpress snow tubes can be used on the hill. No ski/snowboarding boots & equipment are permitted. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the tubing hill. This is a family friendly activity, no profanity will be tolerated.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If customers need to cancel, modify or reschedule their reservation, they will
receive a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of their booked time. You will
need to call us at 814-333-2827 to do this. No shows will be charged the full
rates.
Snow tubing is an outdoor activity and is subject to the weather. Extreme cold
temperatures, rain, high winds, are conditions that MAY cause us to close. Mechanical issues may also cause us to close. If a decision is made to not open,
anyone with a pre purchased ticket will have the option to reschedule or be
issued a full refund. We will email the address that was used to purchase the
tickets and post on our website as early as possible. We will try to follow up with
phone calls.
