Absolutely! Our 100,000+ watt lighting system keeps the fun going into the night, and our state-of-the-art sound system will have you tapping your foot to your favorite songs as you soar down the slopes.

Group rates are available for 12 or more tubers with a discount of 10%. Groups of 20 or more tubers will receive a 15% discount. No discount will be applied to the 4-6 age rate. Group reservations can be made by emailing wpines@zoominternet.net or calling 814-333-2827. To qualify for the group rate, all participants’ waivers must be filled out in advance. Each tuber must have their own waiver even though there may be multiple family members in the group. One person will be responsible for the payment. No individual payments will be accepted.

AvalancheXpress offers Birthday Packages for 8 or more tubers. The package includes pizza, soda & chips. The Birthday person is FREE. We will reserve a table for 1 hour for your group in our Banquet Facility.

Of course! You can rent an igloo, relax and watch from the bottom of the hill in a cozy environment or sit by the firepit and roast s’mores.

All reservations must be made online, using our website. No one under the age of 4 is permitted to tube. Only one person per tube, no exceptions. No children allowed on laps. An adult will be allowed to hold the handle of the child’s tube and go down the hill with the adult in their own tube.

No reckless behavior will be tolerated on the tubing hill. Only AvalancheXpress snow tubes can be used on the hill. No ski/snowboarding boots & equipment are permitted. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the tubing hill. This is a family friendly activity, no profanity will be tolerated.

Gift certificate holders must call in advance to secure their tickets and session.

The tubes cannot accommodate individuals who weight over 300 lbs.

If customers need to modify, reschedule or cancel their reservation, they can do so on their reservation up to 48 hours in advance of their booking. Anything after that time must be done by AvalancheXpress. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the booking date. No shows will be charged the full rate.

Snow tubing is an outdoor activity and is subject to the weather. Extreme cold temperatures, rain, high winds are conditions that MAY cause AvalancheXpress to close. Mechanical issues may also cause closures. If a decision is made not to open, any pre-purchased tickets will have the option to reschedule or be issued a full refund. We will email the address that was used to purchase the tickets and post on our website and Facebook as early as possible. We will try to follow up with phone calls.
